Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes self healing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. A treatment can feel like a wonderful glowing energetic radiance that flows through and around you leaving your Chakras balanced and giving a sense of contentment to the client. Practitioners may use sound, crystals and aromatherapy to enhance the session.
