We require 12 hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment otherwise we charge a $30 late cancel fee per person for float sessions. We know that emergencies happen so we do allow for one late cancel or no-show per client for float. All massage and Reiki sessions require a credit card to book and we do charge 1/2 the session amount if client is under the 12 hour notice of cancellation. Illness or dangerous weather related cancellations will not incur a late cancel fee upon discretion of owner.
